Custom Broker Licensure Examination Results

 

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is expected to release the results of the November 2023 Customs Broker Licensure Exam, which will include the list of successful candidates, top performers, and school performances, on November 14, 2023.

First-time registrants are advised to complete their online registration on the PRC Official Website during the announced dates. The registration requires certain documents such as the Notice of Admission (NOA), completed Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, two passport-sized photos with a complete name tag, two sets of documentary stamps, and a short brown envelope. Successful examinees are mandated to personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The verification of ratings for the November 2023 Customs Broker Licensure Exam (CBLE) will be accessible online a few working days after the results are posted. Successful candidates can visit the PRC Official Website and use the Verification Page to ascertain their board examination passing rate.

For the oath-taking ceremonies, the PRC has commenced in-person events for new professionals following the end of the COVID-19 pandemic. Those wishing to attend the face-to-face mass oath-taking must register before 12:00 NN the day prior to the ceremony through http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance. The specific format of the oath-taking, whether in person or virtual, will be announced at a later date. Attendees must bring either their Vaccination Card or a negative RT-PCR result taken within 48 hours before the event.

In case of inability to attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oath-taking, alternative options such as online oath-taking or a request for a special oath-taking are available.

The November 2023 Customs Broker Licensure Exam (CBLE) covered various subjects, including Customs Law, Rules, Regulations, Ethics, and Customs Broker Practices; Customs Documentation, Clearance, and Procedures; Tariff Law, Rules, Regulations, and Internal Trade; Tariff Classification; and Practical Computations.
