TV5 Sunday Music Show 'Vibe+' Umani ng Backlash dahil sa diumano sa illang Talents na Hindi Nabayaran

The TV5 music countdown program "Vibe+" is facing fresh controversy after a person claiming to be a former performer publicly alleged that the show failed to provide timely payment for their appearance.

A social media user identified as Brian Moreno posted a comment on the official Vibe+ account, claiming that their group performed in one of the show's Pride Month segments. According to Moreno, they have yet to receive the honorarium that was allegedly promised.

"Doesn't pay their talents on time. We performed for one of their Pride segments and were promised an honorarium/talent fee a week after the shoot. It's already been a month since. I've followed up countless times, and they keep promising they'll pay us soon—in a week's time—or they simply don't respond to my messages," Moreno wrote.

As of this writing, neither Vibe+ nor TV5 has issued a public statement responding to the allegation.

The latest claim comes after earlier, unverified reports alleging that the program had also delayed payments to several food catering suppliers. Those reports suggested that the alleged payment issues were connected to the show's reported financial challenges, which some sources have attributed to low television ratings. However, these claims have not been independently verified, and the program's management has yet to comment publicly on the matter.
