PrimeWater May Banat kay Carla Abbellana's Komento: “Wala namang tubig pero may disconnection notice?”



PrimeWater issued a statement on Sunday addressing the recent Instagram Stories by GMA actress Carla Abellana, who raised issues regarding her water bill and intermittent water supply at her Tagaytay City property.


The company clarified that Ms. Abellana’s account remains active with a minimum monthly consumption of 1 cubic meter, which accounts for the standard ₱194 bill plus a ₱20 meter maintenance fee. 


PrimeWater emphasized that, following standard utility practices, all active accounts are billed a minimum amount regardless of actual water usage. They also reported an initial visit to the property, where their team communicated with the caretaker to explain the situation and offer assistance.


Furthermore, PrimeWater stated it has been delivering water daily to areas experiencing low or no water pressure to help ease the inconvenience for affected residents.


This statement came after Ms. Abellana responded to PrimeWater’s inquiry about her delayed payment, acknowledging the irregular water supply and proceeding with payment despite the issues.
