Sharon Cuneta to Launch New Company to Manage Her Career

Veteran actress and singer Sharon Cuneta is taking full control of her professional journey as she prepares to launch her own management company.

In a recent Instagram update, the Megastar announced that she will soon establish a new company—whose name will be revealed at a later date—that will manage her career, schedules, and projects. The company will handle her corporate guestings and musical performances, marking a significant shift in how she steers her decades-long career in the entertainment industry.

Now 60, Cuneta is embracing what she describes as a new chapter in both life and showbiz. Earlier, she proudly shared her senior citizen card on social media, saying that “aging is a privilege.” Her latest move reflects that same confidence and sense of purpose as she steps into a new decade with renewed independence.

“I am so pleased to announce that I will finally be putting up a new company (will announce name soon) that will manage my career, schedules, and projects,” she wrote.

Beyond management, Cuneta revealed that she will also be more hands-on in producing and overseeing her creative content and music. This approach allows her to shape her artistic direction alongside a trusted team she has worked with for decades.

One of her key collaborators is longtime creative partner Eloisa Matias, who has played a significant role in many of Cuneta’s milestone projects. Matias served as creative and music producer for major concerts such as The Mega Event, My 40 Years, and Dear Heart, as well as her 25th anniversary celebration. She also produced several of Cuneta’s albums, including Isn’t It Romantic I & II, Sharon Sings Alcasid, Musika at Pag-ibig, and Children’s Rhymes and Lullabies, along with numerous other recordings.

Their long-standing collaboration brings depth and continuity to Cuneta’s upcoming projects—honoring the legacy she has built while opening doors to fresh beginnings.

As she embarks on this new venture, Sharon Cuneta once again proves that reinvention and growth have always been part of her enduring star power.
